Enrolling & progress

This page shows you how learners get into courses and how you follow their progress.

  • Self-enrolment — a learner browses the catalogue and enrols in a published course themselves.
  • Added to a batch — you place learners into a batch so a whole cohort starts together.

To bring people in, share your learning site’s address, or add them under Settings → Members.

If learning should happen in a set order, bundle courses into a program — a guided sequence:

  1. Open Programs and click + New.
  2. Give it a title and add the courses.
  3. Turn on course order if learners must complete them in sequence.
  4. Publish it.

A program is ideal for something like a full onboarding path that’s really five courses in a row.

As learners work through lessons, Zinye Learn records what they’ve completed and how they scored on quizzes and assignments. When a learner enrols, an enrolment record is created, and their progress percentage updates as they go — so you can see, per learner or per batch, who’s finished and who needs a nudge. Overall analytics show sign-ups and enrolments across your whole academy.

When a learner reaches 100%, they can earn a badge or certificate automatically.
