Dashboards

This page shows you how to build a dashboard — a single page that brings your charts together so your team sees the state of the business at a glance.

  1. In your workbook, open Dashboards and click the + to create a new one.
  2. Click the title to give it a clear name (for example Sales — this month).
  3. Click Add Chart and pick from the charts in your workbook. Charts are the heart of the dashboard.
  4. Drag items to reposition them and resize them by dragging the corners until the layout reads well.
  5. Add filters (and text labels) so viewers can, say, change the date range and have every chart update at once.

Your changes save automatically as you work.

  1. Click Done when you’ve finished editing.
  2. Click Share to give your team access.

Now everyone who needs the numbers can open the same up-to-date dashboard — no exporting, no emailing spreadsheets around.
