Monitoring & logs
This page shows you where to watch your site’s health — its performance, background jobs, and logs — so you spot trouble early.
Site monitoring
Section titled “Site monitoring”Your site’s Insights / Monitoring tab shows how it’s performing over time — request volumes, response times, and resource use. A sudden change here is often the first sign something needs attention.
Background jobs
Section titled “Background jobs”A lot happens behind the scenes — sending emails, generating reports, syncing data. The Jobs view shows these background jobs and whether they’re completing or failing. If something that should have happened didn’t (an email didn’t send, a report didn’t build), this is where to look.
The Log Browser gives you your site’s logs from the dashboard, so you can trace an error to the moment it happened without needing server access.
Service status
Section titled “Service status”If your site is unreachable and you’ve ruled out your own changes, check the Status page to see whether Zinye Cloud itself is having an incident.
