Reports & getting help

This page shows you how to find reports in Zinye ERP and where to get help.

Zinye ERP comes with hundreds of built-in reports. The quickest way to one is the search bar — type its name (for example General Ledger, Profit and Loss Statement, Stock Balance) and open it.

You’ll also find the reports for each area inside its workspace — for example the Accounting workspace lists the financial reports, and Selling lists the sales ones.

Some reports people reach for early:

  • General Ledger — every financial posting, filterable by account, customer, or supplier
  • Profit and Loss Statement — income and expenses for any period
  • Balance Sheet — what you own and owe at a point in time
  • Accounts Receivable — who owes you, and how overdue they are
  • Stock Balance — what’s in each warehouse right now

Every list can become a quick report. Open a list (for example Sales Invoice), then switch it to Report view to add columns, group, filter, and total — handy for one-off questions without building anything.
