Fleet management
Section titled “Fleet management”If your business runs vehicles, Zinye HR helps you keep them on the road and accounted for:
- Keep a record of each vehicle — registration, model, and details.
- Log a vehicle log for trips and fuel, so you can track usage and running costs.
- Stay ahead of service and renewals so nothing lapses.
Travel requests
Section titled “Travel requests”When an employee needs to travel for work, they raise a travel request — where they’re going, when, and the estimated cost. Their manager approves it, and the costs can then be claimed back through expense claims once the trip is done.
