Sharing dashboards
This page shows you how to share a dashboard in Zinye Insights and control who can see it.
Four levels of access
Section titled “Four levels of access”Every dashboard has a sharing level:
| Level | Who can see it |
|---|---|
| Private (default) | Only you. |
| Restricted | Only the specific people you choose. |
| Organization-wide | Everyone in your team/organisation — great for shared dashboards. |
| Public | Anyone with the link — for sharing with clients or people outside your business. |
Share a dashboard
Section titled “Share a dashboard”- Open the dashboard and click Share in the header.
- Choose the access level (private, restricted, organization, or public).
- For restricted access, search and select the people to add.
- For public access, click Copy Link to get the shareable URL.
- Save.
What viewers can do
Section titled “What viewers can do”People you share with can see the charts and apply filters, but they can’t edit the dashboard. Only the creator and workbook editors can change it — so you can share widely without worrying someone will break it.
