Modules overview
Zinye ERP is organised into modules — each one covers an area of your business, and they all share the same data so nothing has to be entered twice. Turn on what you need and add more as you grow.
The modules
Section titled “The modules”| Module | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Accounting | The general ledger, finally general — invoices, payments, and full financial reports. |
| Sales | From first quote to last delivery, in one flow — quotations, orders, and customers. |
| Buying | Every purchase, from request to receipt — suppliers, orders, and bills. |
| Inventory | Know exactly what you have, and where — stock across warehouses, valued in real time. |
| Manufacturing | Build to order, build to plan — bills of materials, work orders, and production. |
| Projects | Every project — costed, tracked, and billed — tasks, timesheets, and profitability. |
| Assets | Every fixed asset, from acquisition to disposal — with depreciation handled for you. |
| Quality | Quality embedded in the process, not bolted on after — inspections and procedures. |
| POS & Retail | Sell at the counter, synced with your stock and the ledger. |
| Subcontracting | Outside work, inside control — track materials sent to vendors and goods returned. |
| Maintenance | Service commitments kept — every scheduled visit on record. |
Which do I need?
