Customising your CRM

This page shows you how to shape Zinye CRM around your sales process, rather than bending your process to fit the tool.

Your pipeline is just a list of statuses a deal moves through — and you control it. The defaults work out of the box, but most teams add their own:

  1. Open Settings → Statuses.
  2. Add the statuses you use for leads and deals (for example Qualifying, Proposal sent, Negotiation).
  3. Put them in the order they happen — that’s the order they appear in the dropdown and on the Kanban board.

Lead statuses and deal statuses are separate, so each list reflects its own stage of selling.

Add custom fields to capture the things specific to your business — industry, budget, contract length. Once added, they appear on the lead or deal form and can be used in filters and views.

Set your logo and colours so the CRM (and anything customer-facing, like web forms) looks like yours.
