Nigeria Compliance overview

Zinye Nigeria Compliance adds Nigerian statutory compliance to Zinye ERP and Zinye HR, so your business meets its tax and reporting duties automatically — no spreadsheets, no manual tax maths.

It’s built for the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 (effective 1 January 2026) and works with the Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS) — the authority formerly known as FIRS.

You don’t run Nigeria Compliance on its own — it works inside your Zinye apps:

Everything posts to your books and produces the remittance files you file with the NRS — see Compliance reports.

  1. Initial setup — your company, employee, and payroll details (one-time).
  2. Then the area you need — PAYE, VAT, e-invoicing, and so on.
  3. Compliance reports — what you file, and by when.
