Compliance reports

This page lists the remittance reports Nigeria Compliance produces, what each is for, and its filing deadline.

The reports

Report	What it’s for	Due
Nigeria PAYE Schedule	Monthly employee PAYE remittance file	10th of the following month
Nigeria Pension Schedule	PFA remittance file (PenCom format)	7 working days after payroll
Nigeria WHT Schedule	WHT deducted, by supplier	21st of the following month
Nigeria VAT Return	Output/Input VAT and VAT payable	21st of the following month

Run a report

1. Go to Reports → [report name] (or open the Nigeria module).
2. Set the filters — Company, and Month / Year (or From / To date for VAT and WHT).
3. Click Refresh.
4. Click Export to download as Excel or CSV for filing.

Tip

Put the due dates above in your calendar with a couple of days’ buffer. The data is ready in Zinye the moment payroll and invoicing are done for the month — the only thing that makes these late is forgetting to file.
