Service levels (SLAs)

This page shows you how to set service-level agreements (SLAs) in Zinye CRM — response-time targets that keep your team quick and your leads warm.

In a CRM, an SLA is a promise about how fast you respond. For example: a new lead gets a first reply within 1 hour. Zinye CRM tracks each lead or deal against its target and flags what’s on time and what’s overdue, so nothing sits ignored while a competitor swoops in.

  1. Open Settings and find the Service Level Agreement section.
  2. Create an SLA and set the response time (and any later targets), usually varying by priority.
  3. Optionally set working hours / a holiday calendar, so the clock only runs when your team is open.
  4. Save.

New leads and deals are then measured automatically.
